99 Quest will not hardly start or run... HELP!!!

Okay, my wife called me today and said that her van was missing and jerking real bad and would not hardly go over 25 MPH or so but there was no engine light on. I left work to come home and she called me on the way and said that when she got home that smoke was coming from under the van around the front and there was a funny smell. When I got home an hour later I looked everything over but did not see anything obvious so I tried to start it and let it idle, but it would barely run and seemed to be backfiring through the exhaust.

2000 Quest dash lights out at once

A couple of weeks ago most of my instrument cluster lights went out. Is this likely to be a circuit board issue? I don't want to open it up just to find intact filaments if this is a known issue.

2000 Nissan Quest leaking oil from over filter?

This just started within the last day or so. Noticed oil stains on driveway and parking lot and my gut said it was me. The filter is coated in oil. It's night so that's all I have to go on. Is it likely the oil cooler o-ring???

HELP! Hub brg noise?

Hi all I have a 2006 Quest base with 45k miles and for a month the increasing noise that I was getting I THOUGHT was a tire that was cupping, as it had kind of a "whump whump whump" sound to it... I even replaced the tires even though all they had was REALLY light feathering... but the noise remained. I

It's increased now (happens even when coasting in neutral btw).. could it be a hub bearing? It's somewhere in the front, no real shake, but I can change the pitch with hard yaw to the left... at which point it almost completely goes away.

2005 Quest: Problems with accelerating

I'm new to the Forum. First, I should say I love our Quest. That being said, I have several concerns as of late. We have about 145K on our van. The first problem I noticed was a lack of acceleration on a drive home one evening. It felt like there was just very little power for the duration of the drive, even if I floored it. I could accelerate, but VERY slowly. When I had my husband drive the van, the problem was gone (I had turned the van off before I had him drive it). Several weeks went by and then traveling back from St.

Factory Service Manual 1999

I have a 1999 factory service manual that I bought back when I had a Quest. It's for the 1999 model but should be good for 1999-2002. Great condition. I will put up a pic once I figure out how to here.

$30 plus shipping.

RPM's drop and idle rough when at a stop

The rough idle cycles normal then rough for about 10 seconds then back to normal etc....
I also pulled 5 codes with an OBD, most are ABS related which I already know about. Some I don't know are P0500 - Vehicle Speed Sensor, P1212 - ABS/TCS Comm Line, P1574 - ASCD nVeh Speed Sensor. I assume all 3 are related to the ABS pump failure.
I also have P0460 - Fuel Level Circuit A and U1001....don't know what thost 2 are, any ideas?

Thanks

SOPA & PIPA Would Shut Questdriver Down

You no doubt have seen other sites today that went black in protest against SOPA & PIPA. While the goal of the laws, to stop online piracy, is commendable, the laws are drafted so broadly that any site whose purpose is realized through user-generated content, such as this forum, would effectively be shut down unless it could afford to retain an attorney and actively monitor all content.
