When I come to a stop light my car shakes and seems like it wants to turn off, also my check engine light came on. Has anyone had this issue? Does anyone know a reliable service center in the San Jose area. thank you.

I noticed that the speed sensitive volume does not work. I cannot remember if it worked when I got the van. Not sure if it has anything to do with having a Navigation system or if the speed sensor is broken or if the radio unit needs to be replaced.

i replaced wheel bearings, pads rotors on my 2004 nissan quest now the traction, abs and brake light are on. I tried disconecting the battery to reset but its still there. is there a procedure to reset them.

I have always been puzzled as to where the 10th speaker is located on a 10-speaker Bose Audio system in a Quest. 3 in the front dash, 2 on the front doors, two behind the second row of seats and two on the rear hatch. Where is the 10th speaker? and why can i not hear it?!!

just bought an 05 quest sl and getting the bose audio repaired. a local shop asked me to look for an audio control (not the amp or the stereo) but having difficulty identifying the correct part. the problem btw is very weak sound (on max to hear little).

while im searching for the part, id like to hear from others with similar situation or familiar with the bose cd/dvd system on the quest.

We just purchased a 2000 Quest with 123,000 miles and have found that the lights on the radio/cd/clock will not always be on when the radio is turned on and the clock, which is supposed to be on all the time only goes on occasionally. Once on the clock will not go off until the ignition switch is turned off. Is there a simple repair? If so, what is it? Thank you.

We just purchased a 2000 Quest van with 123,000 miles. The drivers side window would not go up once it was put down until you turn off the car and then restart it. Then the window would function once again. Well, so much for that quirky operation. Today I put the window down and it will no longer go back up. I've read many forums and the most likely remedy was to clean the switch and the contact points, but there is no really good explanation of how to get at the parts to be cleaned.

I bought a new to me 2005 Quest in October, and I love all the room that it give me, However, when we hit a bump in the road, it honestly sounds like it is just going to fall apart. We have had the shocks looked at and were told they look good.

My question is....Is this normal or should we maybe look at better shocks or even larger tires so we arent' so low to the ground?

Also lately it hasn't been wanting to turn over to start. We put a new battery in it, however it still happens on occasion.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
