We have a 2007 Nissan Quest with 90,000 miles and are very upset about the work we have had to have done recently. About a month ago, we had to replace the rack and pinion steering, as well as 2 motor mounts. Now we have it at the dealer to have the timing chain replaced and they are also saying that our valve covers are leaking oil. We had a Quest prior to this one and did not have issues like we are having now, especially with the car still having relatively low mileage. With these 2 repairs, we will have paid close to $5,000. This is not what we expect from a Nissan. The service technician mentioned that a lot of Quests are having to have the timing chain replaced. Does anyone know how to file a complaint?
