the light or display fade out cannot see the miles on it or if its hot
I had the same issue on my 2005 Quest and replacing the ribbon cable resolved the issue. Video posting in Youtube “Gauge Cluster Nissan Quest Ribbon Repair LCD Pixel Dead Speedometer”
Yes I had similar issue on my 04 Quest, where for two years I had no idea what the mileage, temp or fuel was. Dealer wanted absurd amount to replace LCD display. Until I finally decided to do the job myself following the instructions provided by the same youtube video carvapalli mentions. Worked perfectly!….I’m up to 295,000 km’s.
I also have the same problem odometer and temp gage.
my question is… Can I replace my whole cluster panel with a used one from an auto dismantling place assuming the cluster panel worked
