Major issue identified with Nav System yesterday. After spending several hours in Service, Manager finally received an answer from Nissan Corporate – it’s a known issue, software fix coming end of December.
When entering addresses from my home area (including my own house# ) – it appears multiple times on the screen, and cannot be selected for navigation. This is true if street name is a duplicate name in region you live. (My street name is also in VA, Kentucky, MD, etc…). Just bought car – not even 250 miles on it. Very disappointed. Should have tested a few addresses before I signed the papers last week!
Yep, I got bitten by this bug too when I entered a nearby street with a letter in the street number (12B for example). Good to know there will be an update.
