    I have a 1999 Mercury Villager and have noticed a slight coolant leak coming from the throttle body.Has anyone had this happen and if so what was the part and thcost to fix?

    There is a temperature compensation device at the bottom of the throttle body. You can see a small pin going out of this device. It is the only bronze color piece in the throttle body. The O-ring that seals the device is worn out. You need to remove the throttle body, remove the temperature sensor and replace the O-ring. I was lucky enough that the gal at Nissan parts gave me one O-ring for free. You will need a C-Clamp to press the temperature sensor back with the new O-ring. I would recommend you replace the small hoses that are attached to the throttle body. They also worn out and will get cracked eventually.
