During recent repair job mechanic pointed out past sins of another mechanic. It appears the driver side fastener was broken off and tack-welded back on. It broke loose when he was adjusting engine during VC gasket replacement. Here a few pics showing pass-side that is still in place and missing on drvr side and you can see old tack. Any ideas.
Think of visiting my local muffler shop. I assume he’d lift, grind off existing and shoot new stud on frame member. ??
