my front passenger wheel locks up when i'm driving!

when i drive my 93 quest down the road, after a couple of blocks my front passenger wheel locks and does not unlock until i bleed that side of the brake, as son as i release the pressure, i can drive it, but only for some time until it happens again. does any one else have a similiar problem? area mechanics can't figure it out! need some help in solving the problem.

Replacing the brake hose should fix it.....
