Adding power sliding door feature, is it possible?

I have a 2004 Quest SL with the passenger side power sliding door. Is it possible to modify the driver side sliding door to make it power also? I imagine all that would be needed are the parts to bolt on, plus a new key fob if it is to be controlled from outside the vehicle.

Has anyone attempted this upgrade? I too am curious if it is possible. Is the vehicle pre-wired for this upgrade?

Adding Power door

I've wondered this same thing. I have an '05 SL and would like the power drive door as well. I asked the dealer about this at one time and they seemed to think it was door specific. I don't think that is right. It looks to me that all would be needed is the motor and a few parts.

I don't think the door is

I don't think the door is any different. There aren't even controls on the door that make it move, just controls on the inside of the van and remote, etc. The door is moved via a cable that runs through the van and along the middle track to the door mount in hte middle of the door. Buy the one off of my van, try it, and let us know. I bet it works just fine. I'd help with installation and other advice.
