Rear Antenna Wire Broken...

I have an '05 SE and it seems one of my kids broke the connector where the antenna plugs in on the window. Can it be reattached or do I need to get a new window? Thanks!

Update 1/15/07-

I took it to Superior Nissan in Fremont, CA and they said they would try and warranty it because its been a common problem (they replaced two the previous week). So we'll see what happens next.

Update 2/28/07

Superior Nissan fixed it under warranty! Didn't pay a thing, just had to schedule some time, but it got done!

rear window antenna repair.

My kids have pulled the antenna wires from the window antenna on the rear side windows Seems as though all I need to do is attach it with something conductive. Anyone know if this problem can be fixed with some conductive glue?

I just took a look at it, and I can only suggest trying to solder it (assuming you have soldered before). It's like repairing a circuit board trace line.

You can try talking to the guys at a body shop or auto glass shop
