2000 QUEST Fan

The fan only work in its first and last position. The fan won't works for the remaining position. Should I replace the fuse, fan's knob, etc.

My fan only works in the last position (max). I replaced the control panel and it didnt fix it. whats next in line?

the resistor needs to be

the resistor needs to be replaced. In my other Nissans it was behind the Glove box. It is about a $20 part.
