Satellite radio install question

I purchased all the required parts to install xm satellite radio - my problem is this:

there is a two pin connector that comes out of the N-BUS harness which is supposed to connect to it's mate which comes out of the glove box courtesy wiring harness. That mate is not there, so i cannot connect it - currently the satellite radio does not work - what can I do?
