A/C problems. Compressor?
Noticed at the beginning of summer that it wasn't cooling as good as it did last summer. Recently, when starting heard belt squealing, turned off a/c and the squealing stopped. Someone please tell me I don't have to go to a dealer and pay $1000. This is a 2004 Nissan Quest.

not to be the bearer of bad news but on our quest we had to have the air compressor replaced last summer due to squealing, but luckily it was still under warranty, the service manager knows me well and was saying that hes startin to see alot of thse 04/05 quests with bad compressors so for all of you that have the factory warranty, complain and get it replaced
