2006 oil filter and arm rest

1. Is the tiny oil filter adequate? does it have to be a dealer filter or will fram be ok 37k

The arm rest on second row fell. I saw the post about removing bolt insert and putting in new one. Is this easier and worth it or sit at dealership to let them do it for free? What exactly broke that causes the arm to fall? the bolt is steel

agree no fram for the oil filter

fram's air and fuel filters have no complaints...

i use walmart's supertech over the fram for oil filters

Fram is one of the cheapest

Fram is one of the cheapest built filters, go for a Bosch or stick with the OEM

At least Nissan has quality control, I use OEM filters on all vehicles. They switched to smaller filters since VQ engine and I heard no complains about engines failing from inadequate filtering.
