Time for a new dealer?

My 2005 S has warped brakes again. They were turned 3 times under warranty and then replaced. Now after about 5,000 miles they're warped again. The service manager is obviously annoyed every time he sees me. Now he's trying to push a $550 30,000 mile "service" on me which includes all kinds of fluid flushes and other things that aren't included in the maintenance schedule. He even said that Nissan wants to see that this service has been done before honoring warranty claims. Obviously this isn't true and I pointed out the actual requirements in the service manual which I have performed personally.

AutoCenters Nissan in Alton, IL

Traded my '04 SL (hated it) for an '06 SE at AutoCenters Nissan in Alton, IL (near St. Louis) this past Saturday, and would absolutely deal with them again. There was no haggling on the new car price due to special offer from Nissan for original '04 owners, but they were fair and honest regarding trade-in and have been extremely helpful finishing up the transaction.
